September 27, 2009 Fea Dela Cruz La Torre, individually and on behalf of all those similarly situated, filed a complaint in federal court against Japan Enterprises Inc. dba Club Micronesia for sexual harassment. She is a former employee of Club Micronesia, which is managed by Takayuki Umeda
