New cancer center to open

THE Island Cancer Center at the Guam Medical Plaza in Tamuning is scheduled to open its doors next spring, bringing radiation therapy back with a linear accelerator worth roughly $1.3 million, according to Chuck Tanner, Guam Surgicenter and ICC administrator.
