Conversion of ancient resort facilities mulled REAL estate stakeholders are examining the possibility of converting ancient resort facilities and abandoned hotel properties to address a growing demand for housing on Guam. As the military realignment takes-off, Guam is expected to feel the crunch as the population explodes over the next few years.
