October 8, 2009 The AP and a legal blog, Main Justice are reporting that a “mixup” resulted in barred information being given to the jury in the Kevin Ring case. The jury foreman revealed that former DOJ official Robert Coughlin’s plea deal was mistakenly revealed to the jury
