Tommie Gorman is the interviewer…He does alot of reporting on Northern Ireland
who is the interviwer?he did a fantastic job, wasnt worried to question the tough questions and got all the answer we wanted
it was the largest mistake ever to send roy home. they could have done it thorugh to the final.
Keane is a fucking cunt and so is McCarthy.
Mick had tried one to one chats three times but Keane kept changing his mind as to whether he was going.when Keane walked out the whole squad applauded.Ireland did fantastic without him
You’re deluded. McCarthy threw him out of the squad because he moaned to the Irish Times about the state of the training camp. 3 one on one chats ? When did these happen ? Why did McCarthy call a team meeting and call Keane a coward in front of the whole squad. McCarthy fucked up. Keane responded terribly. I blame the manager. It’s his job to deal with situations like this.
Team did okay without him.He is still atraitor in my mind.I would have given anything in my youth to wear an Irish Jersey.Typical Cork Woosey!

keano hit the nail on the head with this interview….maybe he went about it the incorrect way but everything he’s said is nailed on! Mick McCarthey probably felt threatened but Keane was right to challenge him…Keano was right…his attitude was that they were there to win and not make up numbers..whether thats unrealistic or not its the right way to reckon. Keane was just saying what all the players thought but were too spineless to say!
