Kevin Ring Trial: Mistrial requested by prosecutors and defense

October 14, 2009 Judge Ellen Huevelle refused the requests of both prosecutors and the defense in calling for a mistrial in the Kevin Ring case. Yesterday the jury told the judge that they only reached a verdict on one count and said they could not come to agreement on the other seven. The judge ordered them to continue deliberations.
