GPD seeks to regulate flow of information

Guam Police Department spokesman John Edwards, with the help of GPD Chief Paul Suba, is working on issuing GPD press badges to members of the media in an attempt to control the leaking of information regarding investigations and operations within GPD and to help protect victims, family members, and keep criminals from getting too much information.
