NEWS UPDATE: District Court approves consent decree between feds, Mobil Oil

District Court of Guam Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood approved a months-old consent decree between the federal government and Mobil Oil that requires the company to pay $2.4 million in penalties for allegedly violating the Clean Air Act on Guam and in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
